We are always intent on medically attending to and caring for our patients as best as possible. And we do want you to feel at ease and comfortable at our hospital. However, nobody is perfect, and sometimes, mistakes cannot be avoided. In order to allow reviewing of the quality and remedy mistakes as soon as possible, we do look forward to your support.
